Relevance: Tracheal tumors often do not cause symptoms until they grow to a size that causes significant airway obstruction, which is
 the reason for delay in diagnosis. Diagnosis may also be delayed due non-specific symptoms, such as cough, wheezing, and shortness
 of breath, can occur other conditions asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The appear may
 vary depending on type location tumor. literature does sufficiently cover experience treating large occlusive
 tracheal using segmental resection, endoscopic treatment, or radiation therapy. In scientific literature, number of
 published studies with long-term results treatment therapy occlusive is limited, this
 problem requires further study. This article describes first recorded case removal tumor.
